Multi Award Winning MUA Sarahmarie Howes is the founder of Pretty and Pampered makeup salon in Wicklow Town.

Sarahmarie graduated from the prestigious Dublin- based makeup school 'The Makeup Room' in 2008 with an ITEC diploma in Film, Theatre & Media makeup.

In 2008 she scooped her first 3 makeup awards giving her a good start in the industry where she spent her first few years on tv, film and fashion shoots throughout Ireland and England working with some very well-known names along the way.

Sarahmarie started Pretty and Pampered as a mobile service in 2015 and with hard work and dedication Pretty and Pampered has grown into a successful salon based in the heart of Wicklow Town and was awarded Irish Makeup Salon of the year 2019. Most recently Pretty and Pampered won Hair and Beauty of the year at the 2023 Irish Makeup Awards.

Sarahmarie passed her makeup trainers cert and more recently Pretty and Pampered has become a recognised training facility by Beauty Industry Approval and will be providing a range of courses within the salon. Details of these can be found in our list of services.

Pretty & Pampered is dedicated to customer service and safety, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the salon has taken many precautions to ensure all customers and staff are looked after.
